Her journey began with a personal experience that ignited her passion for empowering maids, nannies, and employers through ethical coaching and training.
Personal Story:
At the tender age of 17, Kate found herself thrust into a role she never imagined: managing domestic workers after her mother’s untimely death. This pivotal moment shaped the trajectory of her life, instilling in her a profound sense of responsibility and a drive to uphold the standards her mother had set.
Despite the challenges she faced, Kate’s resilience and determination propelled her forward. She immersed herself in the world of household management, learning the intricacies of hiring, training, and fostering positive relationships between employers and domestic workers.
Today, as a seasoned expert in household management, Kate is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and experiences to help others navigate their own challenges and achieve success in managing their households.
